Daniel has worked in energy technology and advanced energy systems space since 1997. This work has spanned R&D, product development, consulting, and executive management of various startups. 

Matt focuses on material investigation, mechanical design, and fluid analysis of the system’s HMX devices, and IP development. He has worked on the design of liquid desiccant air conditioners since 2013.

Matt sets the technical direction of the company, as well as oversees overall system design. He is an expert in air conditioning, heat transfer, and thermodynamics.

John has a broad range of responsibilities assisting the leadership team and managing supporting functions within the business. He is an experienced entrepreneur, business developer, and engineer. 

Adam leads Blue Frontier’s commercial strategy, business development, and market expansion efforts. He brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in clean energy, with a background spanning energy efficiency, decarbonization, and the commercialization of innovative energy solutions.

KB is responsible for developing and executing the company’s manufacturing strategy. KB has deep experience developing establishing manufacturing lines and processes, starting from engineering concept to mass production. Prior to Blue Frontier, KB was an executive at Alfa-Laval.

Cesar is Head of Product Services and Customer Experience, in charge of initial pilot deployments, field technical support and customer service, he is a mechanical engineer with over 35 years of marketing, sales, service, and project management on commercial and applied HVAC installations.

Matt helps lead sales at Blue Frontier, supporting the commercialization of a next-generation HVAC technology. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry, with a focus on high-value systems that improve efficiency and lower operating costs.

Results-driven marketing expert with more than 16 years’ experience in marketing, from high-level strategy to execution of the full suite of marketing deliverables for early-stage and established businesses. His broad skillset includes communication and marketing strategy, social media management, business planning, product launch, data analysis and lead generation. My passion is translating vision and ideas into compelling visuals communications that tell engaging stories.
